The former minister of Education, Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, today have donated some well furnished furniture to some schools within the North Tongu district.
As part of the independence day celebration and to show love for these schools, he decided to take advantage of today’s august occasion and make it more memorable for the school kids.
Check out his message he posted on Facebook
“Took advantage of the independence holiday to replace all old and weak furniture as I also provided extra furniture to cater for five of the fastest growing basic schools in Battor – the capital of my beloved constituency.
I expect my dear pupils to return to a more comfortable learning environment after today’s 6th March parade.
My furniture replacement and supply programme will continue to other parts of North Tongu.
Together and by our little contributions; we can all make our communities and our nation that exemplary Republic our forebears envisaged”.
Happy Independence Day to you all.
