The first lady of the Republic of Ghana, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo has received an ambassadorial deal from Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
Speaking on the august occasion, she expressed her gratitude to the authorities of TVET for such opportunity.
“I am honoured to have been appointed as the principal TVET Ambassador together with a number of industrious Ghanaians” – she said.
According to Mrs Rebecca, Technical and Vocational Education and Training is critical for the development of our nation’s human resource in diverse ways.
And as a people, we must ensure that the areas of opportunities for the youth to pursue their dreams and aspirations are prioritized as we push towards a sustainable Ghana where there is the availability of jobs and institutions to train our youth for such Jobs.
She used the opportunity to encourage and entreat individuals, co-operate bodies among others to join hands and help promote TVET for the growth and development of Ghana.
Other dignitaries who graced the occasion are Okyeame Kwame, Kwame Sefa – Kai, Berla Mundi among others.
