Retired Professional Footballer, Ronaldo vs Romelu Lukaku Debut In Inter Milan


Brazilian business owner and a retired professional footballer, Ronaldo Luis Mazario de Lima popularly known as Ronaldo is widely considered as one of the greatest players of all time who played as a striker.

Ronaldo started his career at Cruzeiro and moved to PSV in 1994, joined Barcelona in 1996 for a then world record transfer fee and at age 20,he became the FIFA World Player of the Year in 1996,that is, making him the youngest recipient of the award.

Serie A Club, Inter Milan broke the world record fee to sign Ronaldo making him the first player since Diego Maradona had to break the world transfer record twice.

During his debut season in Inter Milan, Ronaldo scored thirty four goals.

On the other hand, Romelu Lukaku who currently plays for Inter Milan after leaving his former club, Manchester United have also scored thirty three goals for his club.

Lukaku would become the only player to break Ronaldo’s record should he score more goals in their upcoming game against Sevilla of the Europa League final on Friday August 21, 2020 in Stadion Köln in Cologne, Germany.

Ronaldo’s final goal of the season came in the UEFA Cup finals.
