Popular Ghanaian music icon, Sarkodie, known in real life as Michael Owusu Addo is one name that has contributed in no small measure to building the music industry in Ghana.
Sarkodie has earned a lot of respect and accolades for his hard work as far as his music career is concerned.
The “Saara” hit maker has been awarded by BET as the Best International Flow act last year of the BET HIP HOP AWARDS.
The song writer is considered to be one of the proponents of the Azonto genre and dance.
The “Devil in me” singer has advised Stonebwoy to control his hot temper wherever he finds himself.
“Stonebwoy should learn how to control his temper. He indeed hit my manager but he refused to retaliate” he said
This advise from Sarkodie to Stonebwoy came on the heels of the alleged raising of his (Stonebwoy’s) hands at his manager, Angelo.
This is because Stonebwoy upon arriving at the venue, was not allowed to park his car at a certain place and had to wait in his car for hours with no one attending to him and this sparked his anger to question Angelo.
During the confrontation, it was said that Stonebwoy punched Angelo, an act that got Sarkodie furious and pulled down Stonebwoy’s flyer on his virtual concert, leading to the inability of Stonebwoy to perform at the show.
Other artistes who performed on the day were Shatta Wale, Kidi, King Promise, Efya and many more.
